Earlier that morning, I had a work call.
After such a long drive, I could have told myself I was too tired.
That I should stay home.
That "I'm getting older."
That I could do it tomorrow.
Instead, I went dancing.
And honestly?
For me, that's completely normal.
People ask me all the time:
"How do you have so much energy?"
They're usually expecting some kind of secret.
A special diet.
Supplements.
Superfoods.
Coffee.
The perfect morning routine.
Some magical practice.
Yes, I've been vegan for over 15 years.
Yes, I practice yoga every single day.
Yes, I take care of my body.
But none of those are the real reason.
The real secret is something much deeper.
Energy is either leaking… or multiplying.
Every single moment of your life.
Most people live as if energy is something they constantly have to find.
But energy isn't the problem.
Your ability to hold and channel it is.
Every choice you make either increases your life force or drains it.
And the biggest leaks have nothing to do with alcohol, cigarettes, or sleeping enough.
There's something far more destructive.
I never do what I truly don't want to do.
Because every time I betray myself, I lose life force.
Every time you say "yes" when your soul is screaming "no"...
Every time you stay somewhere you've already outgrown...
Every time you do something simply because you think you should...
You give your energy away.
Most people have no idea how much life force disappears every day through inner resistance.
Through self-doubt.
Through guilt.
Through shame.
Through trying to be enough.
Through constantly asking themselves:
"Am I allowed to do this?"
"Am I good enough?"
"What will people think?"
That is an enormous energy leak.
I simply don't live that way.
I only do what genuinely feels true for me.
Not because I should.
Because it's mine to do.
There is a huge difference.
How do you know what's yours to do?
It's actually very simple.
It's what genuinely brings you joy.
What makes you feel more alive.
What leaves you with more energy, not less.
What inspires you.
What opens your heart.
That's where God is pointing you.
Not through fear.
Not through guilt.
Not through obligation.
Through love.
That's why I have so much energy.
Because every single day I choose to multiply it.
With every decision.
Every action.
Every thought.
I don't live in survival mode.
I don't live in scarcity.
I don't spend my life fighting myself.
The greatest investment I've ever made wasn't in business.
Or my career.
Or money.
It was in my consciousness.
Because your consciousness determines how much life force can move through you.
If you're constantly judging yourself, you'll never have abundant energy.
If you're constantly explaining yourself, you'll lose energy.
If you're living in fear, you'll lose energy.
If you're fighting yourself every day, you'll lose energy.
Because all of your life force is being consumed by that inner battle.
Real spiritual work isn't escaping life.
It's stopping the constant leakage of your energy.
It's no longer living against yourself.
For me, love isn't an emotion.
It's a state of consciousness.
It's Christ Consciousness.
It's acceptance.
It's the capacity to hold life exactly as it is.
Without constantly dividing everything into good and bad.
Right and wrong.
Worthy and unworthy.
The moment the inner war ends, an extraordinary amount of energy becomes available.
And suddenly, there's space.
For love.
For creativity.
For health.
For abundance.
For wealth.
For joy.
That's also why I rarely drink coffee.
Because caffeine is borrowed energy.
Every time your hand automatically reaches for coffee or an energy drink, ask yourself one honest question:
Why don't I have energy in the first place?
Maybe the problem isn't that you don't have enough.
Maybe you've simply been leaking it for years.
You can't keep borrowing forever.
Learning to stop losing your energy is infinitely more powerful than constantly trying to stimulate it.
Your job isn't to find more energy.
Your job is to become the kind of person who can hold more energy.
To expand your vessel.
Because the bigger your vessel becomes, the more it can contain:
More life force.
More love.
More money.
More abundance.
More joy.
More pleasure.
More life.
That's what I practice every single day.
And that's why I always have the energy to live.
Not just survive.
Live.
In my next article, I'll share what it actually means to expand your inner vessel—and the practical steps that have transformed my life.
